Reservations

We require all clients to book their appointments online and in advance. A credit card is required to HOLD an appointment, and all elite services require a deposit at time of booking. If you have credits, they will be applied at the time of service.

 Cancellation and Deposits

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you and require a credit card at the time of booking. If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, we request a minimum of 24-hours notice for single service under $85. 48 hour notice is required for services or multiple services over $85. The FULL service fee will be charged on any late cancellations, or no-show appointments. Discounted credits or packages will not be applied towards the cancellation fee.

All sales are final. We have a no refund policy. Early cancellations with paid deposits or pre-payment, the amount will be applied as credit good for 12 months from the date of purchase, which may be used on any Arctic Restore service, package or product sold. Late cancellation or no show appointments with deposit or pre-payment, the amount will be applied toward the full service amount.

Memberships

Memberships require an initial 3 month commitment and then runs on a month-to-month basis. All Membership dues are automatically withdrawn monthly from your debit or credit card. Unused credits rollover to the next month and remain yours for the length of your membership. Credits cannot be refunded, transferred or applied to other services.

Cancellation of Memberships

Memberships require a 3 month initial commitment and then runs on a month-to-month basis. Membership dues are automatically withdrawn monthly from your debit or credit card. After the initial 3 months, you may cancel your membership with 30-day via Member Request Form provided by Arctic Restore. This means that you will be billed for one more month of membership after you complete the Member Request form. Your membership remains valid during this time. Credits cannot be shared, transferred or refunded. Any un-used credits after this period will be considered surrendered and will not be subject to any refunds or credits.

Membership Hold

You may place your membership on hold for up to three months for the following reasons: vacation, financial, medical, work or school. During this period your account will become inactive and you will not be charged membership dues nor be able to use sessions. At the end of the three-month period, your membership will automatically become active and you will begin the normal billing cycles. If you wish to cancel your membership at any point during a membership hold, you will be billed for the remaining months of your initial commitment or one more month, and your membership will be valid during this period.

Refunds

We have a no refund policy.

Minimum Age Requirements

Spa guests under the age of 17 must have a consent form signed by a parent or guardian. Guests ages 13-17 can enjoy facials, local cryotherapy and zero gravity sessions. Guests ages 13-17 must have a parent or guardian on premise during the entire service.

What to Wear

Whole Body Cryotherapy – We will provide you with robe, socks, clogs and gloves. Men must wear underwear, for women it is optional. No metal, jewelry piercing below the neck. Skin must be completely dry; no perspiration, moisture or lotions.

CryoFacial – We provide a wrap to wear. Your hair and skin must be completely dry for your session. You may wear makeup or you can come in with a clean face. We do not remove your make up, but will provide makeup removal wipes, if you should want to remove your own makeup. We advise that you arrive early, if you want to remove your makeup at the spa to allow for your skin to dry completely.

Infrared Sauna –  Please bring a water bottle with you to stay hydrated during and after your sauna session. We will provide you with bamboo charcoal wraps and towels. For your protection and the protection of our clients, you must wear the wrap throughout your session. Since you may sweat, consider wearing items that are easier to put on after your session. No shoes or outside food or drink are permitted in the sauna, only water.

Arctic Contour – Depending on the location of service, we provide wraps and blankets. However, we ask that you dress in comfortable clothing. We suggest sports bra and sweats, yoga pants or joggers – items that if a little water soluble gel were to come into  contact with the clothing, you would not mind. Keep in mind these sessions are from 30 minutes to an hour and half depending on the location and selected protocol.

Red Light Therapy – We provide robes and blackout glasses for your comfort.

Multi-Wave Facial –  You may wear makeup or you can come in with a clean face. If you are wearing sunscreen, we recommend you remove it. We do not remove your make up, but will provide makeup removal wipes, if you should want to remove your own makeup. We advise that you arrive early, if you want to remove your makeup at the spa to allow for your skin to dry completely.

Emerald – We provide wraps and blankets for your comfort.

3D Body Scan – Make sure hair is up off the neck and shoulders. Wear form-revealing clothing. Women should wear yoga pants or bike shorts and a sports bra and men should wear boxer briefs or compression shorts, sliders, etc. for best accuracy during scans.

HydraFacial – We provide wraps and blankets for your comfort.

Arrival

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so you can fill out waivers and decompress. Regretfully, untimely arrivals may be subject to reduced treatment time to remain on schedule for subsequent guests.

Noise

To maintain the peaceful environment in the spa, we ask you silence your cell phones and electronic devices upon arrival.

Valuables

We suggest you leave your valuables at home. Arctic Restore will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.

Services & Prices

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or change services and prices without notice to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are being met.

Gratuity

Our staff works hard to help you achieve a higher state of happy. While gratuity is optional and at your discretion, it is kindly accepted. We suggest 20% of the full price of the service provided.

For Your Safety

Guests with medical conditions are advised to consult their doctors prior to booking any spa services. Kindly inform your spa technician of any existing medical conditions prior to receiving your treatments. Arctic Restore reserves the right to discontinue a service for any reason to ensure the safety of all parties.
